If you’re travelling with a minor who isn’t under your custody (parent or tutor), please fill this form as soon as you book your stay. Any minor whose legal guardians have not sent the document, will not be able to stay in our apartments.

If a parent or tutor have more than 1 minor to register, he/she need to fill 1 form per minor. All the data will be recorded in our Google account, according to Privacy and GDPR rules, and deleted after the check-out.

We remind that in Italy the laws regulating the stay of minors unaccompanied by their parents/tutors are: Codice Civile – Art. 2; TULPS – R.D. 18 giugno 1931, n. 773; TULPS – R.D. 6 maggio 1940, n. 635; art. 109 TULPS.
